Bank of Jordan, a prominent financial institution in Jordan, is seeking an Infrastructure and IT Clerk to join our team. As an Infrastructure and IT Clerk at Bank of Jordan, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bank's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.
You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Conduct routine maintenance and update activities on IT systems. Assist in monitoring and maintaining system security, including access control and data protection. Assist in the management of IT inventory and assets. Document and maintain accurate records of IT processes, procedures, and issues. Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience working in IT support or a similar role. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Experience with Microsoft Office applications.* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus
