- We're seeking a proactive and versatile Sales Operations Specialist to provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring they achieve their targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Actively assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing ongoing support.
- Payment Collections: Manage and oversee the collection of payments from clients.
- Document Handling: Efficiently manage paperwork delivery and documentation.
- Market Research: Conduct outdoor research to gather market intelligence.
- Transport Coordination: Drive the sales team to meetings and assist with travel arrangements.
- External Liaison: Handle company demands both outside and inside the office, including interacting with clients and partners.
- Sales Engagement: Engage in sales activities in coordination with the sales team.
- Logistics Management: Oversee and handle company logistics needs.
- Networking: Utilize personal connections to facilitate sales meetings and opportunities.
- Driver Coordination: Address driver issues and provide support to the sales team as needed.
- Travel for Research: Accompany the Senior Sales Executive to meetings in other cities for market research.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using standard office software and technology.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- All necessary soft skills, including adaptability, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
