- About Almas Group Logistics: Almas Group Logistics, a leader in logistics and freight forwarding, is expanding its dynamic team in Baghdad.
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our vibrant team.
- This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies, unlocking emerging markets, and fostering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Spearheaded efforts to increase sales and explore new markets.
- Team Management: Assist the director in managing the sales team, including daily call follow-ups, arranging industry-specific sales strategies, and conducting market research.
- Networking: Leverage personal connections to create opportunities for the company, building trust and expanding our client base.
- Account Management: Collaborate with the director in closing significant accounts and maintaining key client relationships.
- Team Support: Provide assistance during sales meetings and support the sales team in their endeavors.
- Research and Mobility: Conduct outdoor market research and be willing to travel to different cities as required.
- Government Liaison: Build and maintain governmental connections to secure tenders.
- Sales Reporting: Keep track of the sales process, providing weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Personal Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute a personal sales plan, engage in cold calling, and write professional emails.
Qualifications:
- Profound knowledge in sales, well-organized, and an academic background.
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to lead under pressure.
- Skilled in market analysis and leveraging personal connections for client outreach in Iraq.
- Degree in Logistics, Business, or Management.
- Proficiency in Outlook, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Established a network in Baghdad and other Iraqi cities, including connections with companies and local authorities.
- Possession of a personal vehicle.
