About the job Technician TL
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician TL to join our client's JLR service center in Baghdad, Iraq. The Technician TL will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and manage the daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to technicians to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and prioritize work assignments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of service requests.
- Perform advanced repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for the team and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.
- Collaborate with the service advisor team to provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated with the latest technical information and service procedures provided by Jaguar Land Rover, attending training programs as required.
Requirements:
- Level 3 certification in automotive repair is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technician Team Leader or similar role, preferably in a JLR service center.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and repairing JLR and/or premium vehicles.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
