The National Bank of Iraq is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Cards Sorting Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately sorting and distributing various types of cards, such as debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure the smooth operation of our card services department.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming cards and sort them according to type
- Verify the accuracy of card information and conduct quality checks
- Ensure cards are properly labeled and prepared for delivery
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily sorting targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to security procedures to protect sensitive customer information
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
