Job Summary

  • To manage the Marketing and PR Department and develop innovative strategies that respond to the institution’s business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing & PR strategies that respond to the institution’s business needs and objectives.
  • Set Marketing & PR yearly budgets, calendars, manuals, and manage KPIs.
  • Contribute to increasing client retention rates and maintaining high portfolio quality based on the institution’s strategic projections.
  • Define strategic partnerships that serve the growth of the institution.
  • Implement digitization strategy to the institution’s products and services.
  • Promote the brand image and values and create awareness.
  • Ensure proper branding implementation of all communication material, internally and externally.
  • Define, create, and manage web and social media content, and achieve high engagement rates.
  • Establish a market research & customer centricity unit and develop its manual and tools.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends to identify market needs and business development opportunities.
  • Design new products based on target segment needs and improve existing ones.
  • Expand outreach, tapping new areas, and open new branches.
  • Create new repayment channels.                                                                                                         
  • Develop yearly calendar of community events that forms the CSR strategy.
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing & PR team, providing daily support and guidance.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training to the teams on marketing, PR, and customer service.
  • Perform other duties as required, consistent with the goals, objectives, and responsibilities of the position when asked by management.              
  • Understand, know, and follow the institution’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communication, Brand Management, or another related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and digital trends
  • High presentational and creative writing skills                                                                               
  • Very Good computer skills                                                                        
  • Good Managerial and leadership skills                                                                               
  • Good Command of English and Arabic Languages                                                                       
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, innovative, and strong decision-maker.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a good reputation in the community
