- Building & updating the talent pool by searching & contacting community service associations, colleges, internet sites, professional recruiters, etc. to minimize the recruitment time.
- Creating job posts & advertising them through recruitment portals to ensure filling all the vacant positions within the agreed upon SLA.
- Browsing all sourcing channels (online & offline) to gather CVs matching with required job qualifications to fill vacant positions with the best fit.
- Screening CVs & conduct phone screening to ensure that the applicant/candidate matches the required qualifications.
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements-ordinate enrollments, and changes.
- Handle Expat staff work permit procedures and visas.
- Process complaints and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions Maintain employee personnel records as required.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective. action if necessary.
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.Preferably an HR diploma or HR Certificate.2-5 years of experience.Encourage females to apply.Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.Excellent command of both written and spoken English.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.SAP User
