HFH Human for Human local NGO based in Karbala is seeking for qualified applicants for the below post to work within the Basra or Al-Dewaniah: 

Vacant Position: Housekeeper ( 2 persons)

Duration: 11 months with possible extension

Reporting lines : Admin Officer

Reports to: Office Manager

Subordinates: Office Manager

Human for Human organization is an Iraqi local organization working in central and south of Iraq. The organization most specialized field of work is relief programs, capacity building and development. The organization has received funds from United Nations, international governmental funds and international donor organizations. H4H is focusing on child protection, youth development and economic development.

H4H seeks qualified candidates to fill 2 position in Basra or Al-Dewaniah office ,The staff will be required to work 5 days a week 40 hours

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional housekeeper to join our growing company. You will perform a variety of housekeeping duties including vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, changing, and laundering linen. Attention to detail and experience with customer assistance and service are required. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

Housekeeper Duties Responsibilities

·         Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products

·         Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed

·         In charge of vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets and perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed

·         Dispose of trash from bins and containers

·         Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed

·         Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms

·         Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering

·         Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed

·         Keep all public spaces neat and tidy

·         Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered

Housekeeper Requirements and Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education

·         Physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time

·         Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time

·         Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided

·         Ability to assist customers and guests when needed

·         Pays attention to detail when cleaning

·         Organized and able to follow a schedule

·         Ability to follow verbal directions

•         قم بإجراء الكنس والغسل والمسح العام للأرضيات الخشبية الصلبة أو الخشبية أو المبلطة حسب الحاجة

•         المسؤول عن معدات التنظيف. نظف السجاد بالمكنسة الكهربائية ونظفها وقم بإجراء المزيد من العلاجات مثل الشامبو أو إزالة البقع حسب الحاجة

•         تخلص من القمامة من الصناديق والحاويات

•         قم بتنظيف وتلميع الأثاث وإكسسوارات الغرف حسب الحاجة

•         فرك الأحواض والأحواض وأحواض الاستحمام والمراحيض في الحمامات الخاصة والعامة

•         قم بتغيير البياضات واجمع البياضات المستعملة مثل الملاءات أو المناشف لغسيلها

•         تنظيف النوافذ والأسطح الزجاجية والمرايا والعدادات حسب الحاجة

•         الحفاظ على جميع الأماكن العامة نظيفة ومرتبة

•         تقرير الإصلاحات والاستبدال اللازمة عند مواجهتها

متطلبات ومؤهلات مدبرة المنزل

•         شهادة الدراسة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها؛ خبرة ذات صلة أو معرفة ومهارات وخبرات تعادل سنتين من العمل

•         قادرة جسديًا على دفع المكنسة الكهربائية لفترات طويلة من الوقت

•         قادر جسديًا على الوصول والتمدد والانحناء والمشي أثناء الروتين اليومي ، مع القدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة من الوقت

•         الخبرة في الطهوه و المشروبات الساخنة

•         خبرة لتقديم والتكييت

•         يفضل خبرة سابقة في التنظيف. سيتم توفير التدريب

•         القدرة على مساعدة العملاء والضيوف عند الحاجة

•         يهتم بالتفاصيل عند التنظيف

•         منظم وقادر على اتباع الجدول الزمني

•         القدرة على اتباع التوجيهات الشفهية
