The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a government university
- Must have a training certificate from international institutes
- Good knowledge in construction, mechanical engineering, welding and metallurgy engineering
- Fluency in English (writing-speaking-reading) and Arabic is required
- Experience 10 years in oil & gas industry and 8 years in oil projects
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS office (word – excel – outlook – power point) and computer skills
