Business Development Manager (Iraq) – Air Conditions and Consumer Electronics
- This experienced Business Development professional will be responsible for growing Company sales of Air conditioners and Consumer electronic goods in the Iraq market within a defined geographic territory, through a network of authorized distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and work closely with Regional Power Retailers and distributors to establish a relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for the company's branded product.
- Monitor Regional Power Retailer’s PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) of each product category, and work together to provide recommendations to the Client on how to improve the sell-out.
- Frequent visit to all partners for business development through presentation/ demonstration/ negotiation.
- Continuous market evaluation to identify opportunities for growth
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to digest and translate highly technical information both internally and externally
- Gather market information on market demand/product evaluation/competitors’ activity/sales channel to find business opportunities and take immediate action.
- Effective and prompt communication with the company on daily activity report/monthly review meeting for evaluation of sales & marketing activity and forecast plan.
- Ensure products are shipped out from warehouses and arrive on time at the delivery point.
- Analyze the market trend, competitors’ strengths our client’s strengths weaknesses, potentiality of market. Based on this, prepare and execute the most effective and efficient business plan.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large territory through strong and efficient communication
- Work with Company Channel Marketing to execute marketing plans with individual accounts
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree +8 years of sales experience with a focus on high technology products in premium markets; MBA desirable.
- Good Knowledge of market capitalization of Air-condition Sales in the region
- Very strong Network in the Iraq market
- Experience in the Iraq market is a must.
- Experience training and communicating technology in a concise and engaging manner
- Must be a strong relationship builder with outstanding communications skills, solid business acumen and the ability to stand out from the crowd
- Language - Arabic and English
