  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on the business per agent, per area

  • Sales Supervisors performance appraisals and KPIs

  • Creating business plans and monitoring sales

  • Evaluating operations and developing strategies

  • Training Sales reps and Supervisors in the effective sale
