Responsibilities:

1. Brand Design:

• Develop and maintain the visual identity of MTL4Shipping across various platforms and materials.
• Ensure consistency in branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography.

1. Marketing Collateral:

• Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials for campaigns and events.

1. Digital Design:

• Design engaging and user-friendly digital assets for our website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Work with the digital marketing team to create visually compelling content for online platforms.

1. Print Design:

• Conceptualize and design print materials such as banners, posters, and signage for events and exhibitions.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure high-quality print production.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication.

1. Brand Guidelines:

• Develop and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design elements across all communication channels.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective designs.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
