Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to engage with customers in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers in the showroom and provide detailed product information.
- Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.

- Achieve individual sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.
- Organize and conduct test drives for potential buyers.

- Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and promotions.
- Monitor competitor pricing and product offerings.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager on customer preferences and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
