We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage the MEP execution works for a prestigious 5-Star Hotel Project in Erbil, Iraq.

### Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of all MEP works, including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and associated building services.
• Develop, monitor, and update the MEP project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Coordinate with the client, consultant, main contractor, and all project disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, material submittmits, method statements, technical queries, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, safety, manpower, materials, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential delays and risks and implement corrective and recovery plans.
• Lead coordination meetings and prepare progress, planning, and management reports.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, authority approvals, and final handover.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

### Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Proven experience managing MEP works for 4-star or 5-star hotel projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong practical experience in Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and building services systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and project risks.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Erbil, Iraq.
