Job Title: Workshop Job Controller

Responsibilities

- Assign repair tasks to technicians and monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed and delivered on time.

- Continuous coordination with maintenance consultants and the parts department to ensure smooth operation.

- Monitor the quality of repairs and ensure accurate documentation of work.

- Monitor and evaluate technicians’ productivity and track progress of tasks.

- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards inside the workshop.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or diploma in automotive engineering or a related technical field.

- 3–5 years of experience in automotive maintenance, with prior experience coordinating and supervising workshop tasks.

- Good knowledge of car repair operations and fault diagnosis.

- Proficiency in using agency management systems (DMS) such as SAP or Autoline, in addition to MS Office programs.

- High organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
