-Handling individual and group reservations overseas (accommodation, transportation, meet and assist at the airport, sightseeing tours etc.).
- Making a quotation with a price comparison before making an offer to the client.
- Assist the client in Visa procedure (application, appoint etc.,)
- Organizing and operating preset seasonal packages.
- Prepare the operated files for the accounting department.
- lssue vouchers and tickets through our CTC dedicated agent.
- Follow up on payments and issuing receipts ad invoices for the client.
Education : English spoken and English University degree -Professional Skills : Good communication skills Reactive as well ag proactive with clients Pleasant and patient -Special competencies: Geography knowledgeExcellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems).Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to negotiate with suppliers for best dealsHandling customer, searching quickly on effectively ways for helping.
