Job description

We are seeking a Head of Procurement who will Ensure procurement activities support safe and compliant operations who will promote HSE standards across suppliers and procurement processes.

• Lead procurement operations and material supply chain activities.
• Manage sourcing, purchasing, suppliers, and contracts.
• Ensure material availability and inventory optimization.
• Drive cost efficiency and procurement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Improve procurement processes and SAP systems.
• Manage confidentiality of commercial and supplier information

Skills

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong expertise in procurement, material management, and supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP and procurement systems.
• Experience in industrial or project environments, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory); French is an advantage.
