We are seeking an Information & Telecom Manager who will define and implement the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business needs.

• Define and implement the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage IT budgets, infrastructure, systems, telecommunications, and service delivery.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT operations and business continuity.
• Lead cybersecurity, IT risk management, compliance, and data protection initiatives.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance.
• Oversee IT projects, digital transformation, and technology adoption.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team and act as escalation point for critical issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HQ IT teams, and external providers in a complex operational environment.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and security of IT systems, infrastructure, and business data.

Skills

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT and telecommunications leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT environments and budgets.
• Strong background in IT project and portfolio management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and fast-evolving environments.
• Experience in multinational organizations or large-scale project environments.
• Exposure to global IT governance frameworks and HQ environments.

Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory); French is an advantage.
