About the job Salesforce QA

Our Client, a leading company in the fintech industry, is looking for a Salesforce QA to join their remote team. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce configurations, testing automations, checking security settings, and conducting integration testing to ensure the platform's quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate Salesforce configurations against business requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency across environments.
• Test automation processes (Flows, workflows, triggers, Apex-based automations) to confirm they function as intended and do not introduce regressions.
• Check and verify security settings, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security, to ensure compliance with data access policies.
• Conduct integration testing between Salesforce and connected third-party systems/APIs to validate data flow, accuracy, and system stability.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with developers and administrators.
• Support release and deployment testing across sandbox and production environments.
• Contribute to test planning, test case design, and QA documentation for Salesforce projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/testing roles within a Salesforce environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder legacy knowledge a plus), and security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules).
• Experience testing system integrations and API-based data exchanges.
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools and/or general QA methodologies (manual and/or automated testing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
• Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) is a plus.
