Human Resources Officer

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Coordiante staff training and development programs
  • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team, schedule meetings, interviews. HR events etc…
  • Assist in performance management processes (PMP)
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form (HRIS)
  • Manage ana maintain staff leave requests
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Administration Social security for local and Income tax
