JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Consultant / Agent is responsible in handling the concerns of the client who wants to avail the second Citizenship offered by Citizenship Invest. Make sure that client's inquiries are handled in a timely and organized manner and that satisfaction and loyalty are maximized.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
· Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
· Inform clients about company products, services and promotions.
· Offer client support and handle client communications effectively.
· Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
· Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
· Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide them in their choice of program.
· Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
· Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients.
· Arranging meetings with possible clients in order to explain the product and service thoroughly.
· Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.
Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
· Proven work experience as a Client relation Officer/ Sales consultant
· Arabic Speaker
· Training & Development certification is a plus
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

· Excellent command of English
· Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.
· Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft programs.
