 Qualification requirements 

 ·           English level: upper intermediate

·       PC skills calling you soon for MS office, acrobat reader, SAP

·       Education level: higher education 

·             Education major: law

 Special knowledge expertise and skills 

 ·            Working in local or international company/service provider, general understanding of petroleum industry 

·       Experience in contracting/tender process, communication with bidders/contractors/suppliers 

·       Services and supply-chain contracts drafting experience

·       Experience in corporate legal support( drafting POAs , Registration documents: board resolutions etc)

·       Knowledge of local Iraqi commercial, corporate, petroleum, employment and other applicable legislation 

·       Knowledge of basic principles of English law 

·       Experience in contract negotiations 

·             Experience in representing commercial and entities in the courts in commercial disputes and labour disputes.
