Employment: Full Time
Education: • Bsc. degree in mechanical and chemical engineering

  • Manage utility operations, establishing priorities and sequences for Utilities Area

  •  ContributetothecreationandimplementationofbestpracticeProductionof steam, water treatment, air supply system & Hot oil package

  •  Running a preventive Production program that will minimize service repairs in the long run

  • Vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedure to aid and improve operational performance inside and outside of the Utilities Area and plan and schedule daily & weekly operational activities

  • Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure the quality of products generated at utility the area meet specifications and ensure all necessary components required for weekly production are complete. Establish or adjust work procedures as needed for efficiency and flow of manufacture

  •  Reviewoperationalreportsfrom plant shift supervisors and resolve utilities and maintenance problems to reduce costs and preventdelays

  •  Assistinpreventivemaintenanceprogram(in co-operatingwithMaintenancestaff)of all machinery to ensure operational and safetyperformance.

  • Developorrevisestandardoperatingproceduresandworkingpractices, observe workers, ensure compliance with those standards

  • Reviewandanalyzewaste andscrapratios toensureacceptablequalityproducts, consequently, try to reduce the percentage of waste annually

  • SetandshareUtility area long, medium- and short-term goals and objectives in line with plantobjectives to Production Leader

  • Implement HSE procedures and processes to achieve an "Accident & Incident" freeenvironment as directed by Production Lead and Perform other duties and task/assignments as assigned by production leader

  • Recordingdaily Production activity and report outdaily and weekly to Production Leader including all supervisor's daily reports
