As a Site Development Supervisor at Toters, your responsibilities include play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and maintenance tasks related to our warehouses, stores & offices.


     Responsibilities :



  1. Project Management:



  • Plan, schedule, and execute projects related to warehouses and stores.

  • Coordinate with contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Monitor project progress, and timelines to ensure adherence to established goals.


2.Site Supervision:




  • Oversee day-to-day activities on  sites to ensure compliance with specifications and requests.

  • Provide guidance to maintenance teams, addressing technical queries, and resolving issues when required.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to plans and requests.


3.  Maintenance Operations:




  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance  for warehouses and stores infrastructure.

  • Coordinate routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

  • Supervise maintenance team and external contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective repairs.


4.Documentation and Reporting:




  • Maintain detailed records, and progress reports.

  • Provide regular updates to SC Manager on project status, including any challenges and proposed solutions.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on maintenance activities
    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Telecom Engineering or related.

  • A minimum 2 Years' experience in telecommunication/or network operations industry.

  • Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.

  • Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who generates enthusiasm and builds effective working relationships.

  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.

  • Self-motivated, hands-on critical thinker and problem solver.

  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn complex concepts.
