Wood is currently recruiting for a PTW Coordinator (Iraqi local nationals only) this position, and work pattern is 4 weeks ON X 4 weeks OFF, we can only consider applications from local Iraqi nationals residing in Basra and surrounding areas.
Previous experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a safety-related or permit to work coordination role, In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices, excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, experienced in onshore Greenfield and brownfield project with a very good knowledge of rules, procedures and International Codes and Standards, strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, Degree in engineering, health and safety, or a related field, Certification in industrial safety or risk management (an asset).
