KNE are hiring: Financial Control & Collections Officer

We are not hiring someone to manage a cash box.

We are hiring someone to safeguard company assets and enforce financial discipline.

Own the company’s financial and inventory custody in the North region and ensure disciplined collection of customer receivables.

This role exsts to create financial control, operational discipline, and accountability, not to process paperwork or wait for instructions.

You are the direct guardian of: Company cash, Warehouse movement accuracy and Collection discipline with customers.

* Own cash box operations (inflows, outflows, reconciliations) with zero tolerance for discrepancies

* Manage warehouse movements (withdrawals, entries, transfers) with high accuracy

* Follow up with customers to collect outstanding receivables

* Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and technical teams

* Engage professionally with banks and external stakeholders

* Identify financial or operational risks early and escalate when needed

* Operate independently in both office and field environments

* Collection performance

* Cash accuracy

* Inventory discipline

* Reliability and follow-through

* Not by how busy you appear.

You are someone who:

* Operates with ownership over entrusted assets

* Is extremely detail-oriented and disciplined

* Follows through until results are achieved

* Can handle pressure without losing accuracy

* Is persistent and serious in customer follow-up

* Does not need reminders to perform core responsibilities

* You understand that handling cash and inventory is a responsibility, not just a task.

* High school diploma or university degree

* Experience is welcome but not required

* Strong Excel and Word skills

* Good in both Arabic and Kurdish (English is a plus)

* Ability to manage time effectively

* Comfort with field visits to customers

Judgment, discipline, and responsibility matter more than years of experience.
