هذه ليست مجرد وظيفة بل مغامرة. ستعمل في الميدان، غالباً في مواقع المنصات النائية، حيث ستكسب خبرة ومسؤولية لا مثيل لها منذ اليوم الأول. سواء كان ذلك بتجميع المعدات، تحليل البيانات، أو حل المشكلات فور حدوثها، ستكون في قلب العمليات التي تهمنا.
رحلتك التطويرية
سوف تكون مسجلاً في برنامج التطوير الفني لمهندس ميداني لمدة 4 سنوات، الذي يمزج التعلم داخل الصفوف مع الخبرة الواقعية:
- السنة 1: العمل بتوجيه والمشاركة في تدريب عملي في أحد مراكزنا العالمية. قد يلزم التنقل لاكتساب خبرة واقعية
- السنة 2: تحمل المزيد من المسؤوليات في موقع البئر مع الاستمرار في تطوير مهاراتك الفنية من خلال التدريب العملي والفصول الدراسية
- السنتان 3 و4: توسيع معرفتك ومهاراتك، وقد تقود فرقاً في موقع البئر أثناء خدمتك كجهة الاتصال الرئيسية لعملائنا
قد يشمل يومك المعتاد التالي:
- الاستعداد، النشر، وتشغيل أدوات آبار متقدمة لتحقيق أهداف موقع البئر المحددة
- استخدام أحدث برامج المحاكاة لتصميم وتحسين حلول موقع البئر المصممة وفق احتياجات العميل
- تحليل بيانات الأداء وتوصية التحسينات
- إدارة لوجستيات المعدات وضمان الإعداد والتشغيل السلس في موقع الحفر
- إنشاء تقارير ما بعد العمل مفصلة ومشاركة رؤى قابلة للتطبيق مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية
- تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر مع تركيز قوي على السلامة والجودة والأداء
- تقديم دعم هندسي خط الأمام لعملائنا خلال العمليات، وحل المشكلات بشكل مستقل
ما الذي نبحث عنه
- خريج حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (جميع التخصصات) خلال آخر 24 شهراً
- ليس أكثر من سنة واحدة من الخبرة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً)
- مهارات اتصال وتفاعل شخصي قوية
- قدرة على تحليل مشكلات معقدة، تطبيق التفكير النقدي، واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة
- شغف بالعمل الميداني والتعلم في بيئات ديناميكية (على اليابس وخلف البحر)
ما المتوقع
هذا الدور يتطلب جهداً بدنيًا وذهنيًا. ستعمل بنظام مناوبات لمدة 12 ساعة (نهاراً أو ليلاً)، غالباً في ظروف مناخية صعبة. قد تكون بعيداً عن المنزل لفترات طويلة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطل. لكن إذا كنت مستعداً للتحدي، فالمكافآت كبيرة.

Are you ready to kick-start your engineering career in a hands-on, high-impact role? At Weatherford, our Field Engineers are the essential connection between our cutting-edge technologies and the real-world challenges faced in oil and gas rigs.
This is more than just a job — it’s an adventure. You’ll be working in the field, often at remote rig sites, where you’ll gain unmatched experience and responsibility from day one. Whether it’s assembling equipment, analysing data, or solving problems on the fly, you’ll be at the heart of operations that matter.
Your Development Journey
You’ll be enrolled in our 4-year Field Engineer Technical Development Program, which blends classroom learning with real-world experience:
- Year 1: Work with guidance and take part in hands-on training at one of our global centers. Travel may be needed to gain real-world experience
- Year 2: Take on more responsibility at the wellsite while continuing to grow your technical skills through hands-on and classroom training
- Years 3 & 4: Expanding your knowledge and skills, and may lead teams at the wellsite while serving as the main contact for our clients
Your day-to-day could include:
- Prepare, deploy, and operate advanced downhole tools to meet specific wellsite objectives
- Utilize cutting-edge simulation software to design and optimize wellsite solutions tailored to client needs
- Analyse performance data and recommend improvements
- Manage equipment logistics and ensure seamless setup and operation at the rig site
- Create detailed post-job reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance
- Deliver front-line engineering support to our customers throughout operations, resolving issues independently
What We’re Looking For
- Graduated with bachelor’s degree in engineering (all fields) within the last 24 months
- No more than 1 year of experience
- English language fluent proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse complex problems, apply critical thinking, and make informed decisions
- A passion for hands-on work and learning in dynamic environments (onshore and offshore)
What to Expect
This role is physically and mentally demanding. You’ll work 12-hour shifts (day or night), often in tough weather conditions. You may be away from home for extended periods, including weekends and holidays. But if you’re up for the challenge, the rewards are big.
