Job Title: IT Coordinator

Location: Iraq

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Coordinator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems, while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  
• Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote)
  
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance
  
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance
  
• Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are in place
  
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and configurations
  
• Support installation and setup of mobile devices and business applications
  

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or coordination
  
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows, basic networking)
  
• Experience in troubleshooting and system maintenance
  
• Familiarity with IT security practices and backup systems
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
