Support operations teams in troubleshooting faults.

Respond to any queries and complaints from other business/operation units regarding CS services.

Ensure correct implementation of services.

Ensure the design & implementation of new products & change requests in a timely manner with the highest quality.

Enforce the product life cycle (PLC) process.

Implement an effective framework for balancing workload assignments, employee schedules and work distribution among charging services team members.

Assess and validate new software release for Charging System.

Manage the UAT process with commercial/marketing team.

Enforce proper handover for the new products and services to CS support by preparing LLD and deployment procedure.

Basic knowledge in SS7 and IP Protocols.

Ability to work independently under demanding situations.

Good knowledge in development tools (Shell , Java , Python , Perl etc).

Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.

Good Database management skills (DDL & DML).

Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills.

Intelligent Network concept is a plus.
