يدعم مساعد تقنية المعلومات عمليات البنك التقنية والأنظمة والبنية التحتية وأمن المعلومات لضمان خدمات مصرفية موثوقة وآمنة وفعالة.
يساعد الدور في صيانة أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، حل المشكلات الفنية، تطبيق ضوابط الأمان، والتأكد من الامتثال لسياسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات للبنك والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
قد يعمل في مجالات مثل: البطاقات، إدارة النظام، هندسة الشبكات والأمن، حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وأمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة الوصول.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، علوم الحاسوب، هندسة الحاسوب، هندسة الشبكات، الأمن السيبراني، أو مجال ذو صلة.
- من 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات ذات صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية جيدة، واستكشاف أخطاء وحلول فعّالة للمشاكل.
- مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي جيدة.
Job description
The IT Associate supports the bank's technology operations, systems, infrastructure, and information security to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient banking services.
The role assists in maintain IT systems, resolving technical issues, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with bank's IT policies and regulatory requirements.
May work in areas such as: Cards, System Administration, Network & security Engineering, IT Governance, and IT Security & Access Management.
- Bachelor's degree in information Technology , Computre Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
