JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven digital media planning experience.
• Strong leadership skills for team management.
• Proficiency in media planning tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication to liaise between departments and offices.
• Ability to establish efficient processes and evaluate team performance.
• Knowledge of office management and collaboration with IT and finance departments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement streamlined processes for efficient media planning and execution.
• Ensure the team is well-versed in media planning and campaign execution for various clients.
• Oversee workload and assess resource needs for the current team.
• The development of comprehensive media plans tailored to meet the client's objectives.
• Monitoring and analysis of campaign performance metrics.
• Working with the data team to generate insightful reports to assess the effectiveness of media campaigns.
Performance Evaluation and KPIs:
• Establish an evaluation system with clear KPIs for all positions within the team.
• Work on revisions to team structure and identify recruitment needs.
Communication and Administration:
• Establish communication systems between Head Office and Local Office for Admin, Finance, HR, and Planning teams.
• Act as a liaison between Dubai and Beirut teams, collaborating with Account Managers on campaign requirements.
• Address technical support needs for the team.
• Liaise between the local team and Dubai admin/finance to fulfil office and team requirements.
Team Building and Training:
• Establish a working culture that promotes teamwork and motivation.
• Create a program for team-building activities, trainings, and certifications.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Office Management:
• Ensure the office is well-maintained and attendance aligns with company policy.
• Coordinate with IT support to ensure hardware and software are up-to-date and functioning efficiently
