Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design projects for architectural and landscape developments. Develop and integrate landscape design solutions into overall project designs. Design planting schemes, hardscape elements, urban furniture, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting. Prepare site plans, detailed drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details. Produce 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and technical documentation required for projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. Analyze client requirements and develop design alternatives and presentations. Coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent is properly implemented during construction. Provide technical support in the selection of materials, plant species, and landscape elements. Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical specifications, and project standards. Consider cost efficiency, sustainability, maintainability, and lifecycle performance throughout the design process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proven knowledge and experience in landscape design.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following visualization software packages: SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of plant materials, landscape construction materials, and outdoor design principles.
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
