Job Overview Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Video Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive personal brand strategy that strengthens online presence and audience engagement. In this role, you will craft compelling short-form and long-form video content, edit raw footage, and plan daily content calendars for both a primary personal brand and a secondary brand to maximize reach and retention.
Schedule Flexible Schedule (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive personal brand strategy to strengthen online presence and audience engagement. Create engaging short-form and long-form video content tailored to the brand's voice and target audience. Craft compelling hooks and storytelling elements to maximize content reach and retention. Plan and manage a consistent daily content calendar across all relevant platforms. Manage content creation and scheduling for a secondary brand while maintaining distinct messaging. Edit raw video footage into polished, publish-ready content optimized for various platforms. Monitor content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future content. Collaborate directly with the brand owner to align content with evolving brand goals.
Requirements Proven experience in brand strategy, content creation, and video editing. Experience creating travel-related content is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content performance analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and channels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
