المسؤوليات
- قيادة مشاريع تحديث تكنولوجيا العمليات (OT)، وإدارة التقادم، والتحول الرقمي عبر مرافق الغاز.
- أداء وظائف مهندس المشروع ومدير المشروع، والإشراف على النطاق، والجدول الزمني، والميزانية، والموارد، والمخاطر، وتسليم المشروع.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات دورة الحياة، والانتقال، والتحديث التكنولوجي، والتخفيف من التقادم لأنظمة DCS وSIS وPLC وSCADA والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية وشبكات الصناعة.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع، والتنبؤ، والتحكم في التكاليف، والعقود، وإدارة التغيير.
- بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع العملاء، وفرق العمليات، ومقاولي الهندسة والتوريد والبناء (EPC)، ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية (OEMs)، والأطراف المعنية الرئيسية.
- قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات تقديم التوجيه الفني أثناء التصميم والتنفيذ والتكليف والبدء والتسليم التشغيلي.

المتطلبات المتوقعة:

- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال النفط والغاز.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع تكنولوجيا العمليات والأتمتة وأنظمة التحكم والتحول الرقمي وإدارة التقادم في بيئات EPC أو EPCM أو PMC أو الشركة المالك/المشغلة.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع، والجداول الزمنية، والعقود، وعلاقات أصحاب المصلحة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة DCS وSIS وPLC وSCADA والشبكات الصناعية والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية والافتراضية والأمن السيبراني لتكنولوجيا العمليات.
- معرفة عملية بمعايير IEC 62443 وIEC 61511 وISA-95 وإطار عمل الأمن السيبراني لـ NIST.

This role is a full-time on-site role in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement.

Responsibilities
- Lead OT modernization, obsolescence, and digital transformation projects across gas facilities.
- Perform Project Engineer and Project Manager functions, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement lifecycle, migration, technology refresh, and obsolescence mitigation strategies for DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA, telecommunications, and industrial network systems.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, contracts, and change management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operations teams, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide technical direction during design, implementation, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover.
- Drive cybersecurity and compliance initiatives aligned with IEC 62443, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and mentor local national personnel through training, knowledge transfer, competency development, and succession planning programs.
- Support localization objectives and the sustainable development of in-country OT and engineering capabilities.

Expected:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Proven experience delivering OT, automation, control systems, digital transformation, and obsolescence management projects in EPC, EPCM, PMC, or Owner Operator environments.
- Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong knowledge of DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA, industrial networks, telecommunications, virtualization, and OT cybersecurity.
- Working knowledge of IEC 62443, IEC 61511, ISA-95, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing talent and supporting nationalization programs.
- Proven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary projects while maintaining operational continuity, cybersecurity compliance, cost performance, and asset reliability.
