Job Purpose:
A Sales Associate delivers an engaging and knowledgeable service that attracts our potential customers to generate quality new sales and ultimately drive the commercial performance of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Reach individual and overall sales targets
- Demonstrate profound product knowledge, promotions and advertisements
- Ensure that boutique cleanliness and hygiene standards are always maintained, and all products are handled accordingly
- Maintain merchandise and ensure proper display, storage, etc.
- Assure smooth boutique opening, closing procedure
- Ensure daily check lists are filled in when opening / closing
- Use the prescribed selling techniques to provide customers with a friendly, courteous experience
- Operate the cash register to accurately compute the price of the product and receive payment
- Arrange and prepare all gift orders according to the sales order in coordination with team and in charge of the boutique.
- . Accurately record the product usage in the system.
- Control shrinkage, product damages & report Boutique Manager, if any
- . Participate in monthly inventory process
- . Report to the boutique manager on customer feedback and complaints
- . Monitor stock levels and share findings with your manager

Requirement:
· Presentable
· Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
· Ability to build relationships with customers and peers
· Minimum 1 year of retail or FMCG experience is required
Qualification requirements:
· High School graduate or above
