Role Purpose
Zain Iraq actively recruiting to hire a Content Management Expert who is responsible for planning and executing content and marketing campaigns across the eCommerce app and social media. It involves coordinating with category, marketing, and account teams to align on weekly activities, managing in-app banners and product placements, and creating engaging content, including light designs for social media and in-app visuals. The candidate will also create light, mobile-shot videos, and occasionally more professional video content (a plus), where they may appear on camera and provide voiceovers. The role also focuses on analyzing customer behavior and market trends to optimize campaigns, drive conversions, and ensure consistent brand messaging, while acting as the main point of coordination for smooth campaign execution.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Category, Account Management, and Marketing teams to align on the weekly app and marketing calendar
Plan and manage in-app banners, campaigns, and content placements to maximize visibility and conversion
Create and oversee design/videos or assets for the app and social media platforms
Shoot social media videos, create in app designs/social media designs with Adobe suite/Ai tools/Affinity or other design tools.
Produce or guide video content creation for social channels in line with campaign objectives
Monitor market trends and customer behavior to generate relevant content and campaign ideas
Develop upselling strategies, giveaways, and engagement initiatives to drive sales and retention
Support overall marketing planning and ensure smooth execution across all channels
Maintain consistent creative direction and brand messaging across app and external platforms
Act as the central point of coordination for content and campaign execution within the eCommerce platform
Education, Experience and Competencies
Education
Experience
Strong understanding of online customer behavior, especially in electronics, home appliances, or gaming categories
Experience in campaign planning, content creation, and social media management
Basic to Medium Design understanding (working with designers or tools like Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Medium – High Video shooting experience & Editing experience using smartphone camera and mobile editing tools. (Editing with a computer, shooting with DSLR is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable campaigns
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
