Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand plans across all channels (retail, B2B, digital) at SKU level.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth distribution.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and aging stock.
- Identify potential supply risks and work with relevant teams to address them proactively.
- Track device performance across channels, outlets, and customer segments on a regular basis.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance and ensure alignment with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Prepare and share periodic sales and inventory reports to support business decision-making.
- Highlight performance gaps and support the development of corrective actions.
- Ensure readiness across all sales channels, including product availability, merchandising standards, and execution quality.
- Support training and onboarding initiatives for internal teams and frontline staff, particularly for new product launches.
- Work closely with retail, telesales, and B2B teams to ensure alignment on device offerings and promotions.
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies, including recommended pricing and promotional offers.
- Contribute to business case development for new devices and key initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating commercial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams on product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Support the development of bundled offers and value propositions combining devices and telecom services.
- Maintain effective working relationships with key partners, including manufacturers and distributors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education, Experience and Competencies
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in device management, retail, or consumer electronics.
- Good understanding of supply chain, commercial performance, and sales operations.
