Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a relevant degree in Sport with the relevant teaching experience Masters would be beneficial
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role in a British school
- Experienced in managing sports programs, mentoring staff, and driving departmental success
- Dedicated to inspiring students to achieve their personal best, both in physical fitness and character building
- Skilled at creating diverse, engaging sports and extracurricular activities that promote teamwork and resilience
- Thrives in multicultural environments, building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider community
- Committed to raising the profile of sports within the school, fostering excellence, and encouraging participation at all levels
