Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a field team of approximately 15 20 Promoters and Supervisors across multiple cities.
- Manage team deployment, attendance, field coverage, performance, and compliance with company and campaign standards.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and execution quality, with daily coverage in the primary city and regular visits to other assigned cities.
- Prepare and manage route plans in coordination with Account Management and Sales to ensure effective coverage and alignment with product availability.
- Brief, coach, and support Promoters and Supervisors to ensure clear understanding of campaign objectives and execution standards.
- Monitor field execution, identify issues and gaps, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Act as the main communication link between the field team and management, ensuring timely updates and follow-up on action points.
- Prepare accurate and timely weekly performance reports, including team performance, achievements, challenges, and action points.
- Collect and analyze market feedback, consumer insights, and field observations to identify opportunities and improve execution.
- Maintain a strong field presence while managing reporting, planning, and administrative responsibilities.
- Support other company campaigns and initiatives when required.
- Prepare and maintain regular performance and activity reports.
- Analyze field data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Consumer Engagement, Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or a similar field-based role.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising field teams, preferably across multiple locations or territories.
- Good understanding of field operations, market dynamics, and consumer engagement.
- Good planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data analysis.
- Language skills: Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
- Willingness to maintain a high level of field presence and travel regularly across the assigned region.
- Flexibility to work across different locations and support business needs and campaigns as required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong execution and reporting standards.
