Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy electrical systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. Diagnose faults in motors, transformers, generators, MCCs, and switchgear. Carry out cable laying, termination, and panel wiring. Test electrical equipment using appropriate measuring instruments. Replace faulty electrical components and restore equipment operation. Support commissioning and startup activities. Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures. Coordinate with mechanical and production teams to minimize downtime. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of electrical panels and work areas. Report equipment abnormalities promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10th Pass with ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Maintenance, or Electrical Mechanic. 3 5 years of experience in heavy industrial electrical maintenance. Knowledge of AC/DC motors, transformers, generators, MCCs, switchgear, and control panels. Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics. Familiarity with multimeter, clamp meter, megger, and insulation tester. Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance. Basic PLC knowledge is an advantage. Knowledge of LOTO procedures and electrical safety standards.
