Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks and clerical duties, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling email, files, typing, meeting minutes, mailings, and deliveries; and coordinating meeting-room calendars and completing simple forms.
- Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff/faculty.
- Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; may operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials; types and mails form letters.
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates filing system, contacts database, employee lists, inventories, records, and other documents manually and electronically.
- May perform specialized services of a routine clerical/administrative nature and serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.
- May schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, as appropriate to the position.
- Order office supplies, stock supply stations, ensure equipment is operable, and distribute office supplies.
- May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
- Gender: Female.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Work Experience & Other Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a must.
- Working Days/Hours: 6 days a week ( Saturday to Thursday ) / 8 hours per day.
