Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and new hire orientations. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and employee communications. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits. Coordinate and participate in employee performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans. Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws/regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
