Location: İstanbul - TR, TR We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to be a part of our Marketing team located in İstanbul Leads commercial LRP and SBP processes and ensure ABP compliance to long term strategies. Sets portfolio OBPPC (Pack & Price) strategy definition process in terms of holistic diagnostic requirements and defining the governance mechanisms to ensure that the strategy turns into actions. Responsible for creating and evolving the price elasticity regression models and leverage the output to create ad-hoc analysis or assist short / mid-term decision making Evaluates marketplace dynamics, context and select consumer metrics to understand where the conditions for creating value through revenue management are in place Gets cross-functional and cross-system alignment to Integrate RGM strategy into overall BP with, Sales Finance, Marketing, and TCCC in GM and director level Develops brand portfolio strategies to capture opportunities within and across tiers and to help drive accretive mix-shift Responsible of Trade Promotion Management governance and alignment, ensuring the promotional strategy is consistent with overall revenue management posture and OBPPC e.g., running few high-low promotions etc. Responsible for objective list and delist decisions of the portfolio aligning with the commercial stakeholders Coaches and leads the team and help them grow, achieve targets, and continue developing

Qualifications



BS/BA degree required Business Administration & Economics or Industrial Engineering is a plus Min. 8 years of experience Commercial awareness as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities Strategic mindset, strong knowledge about research methodologies, qual, quant both for conventional and alternative techniques. Ability to read P&L, understand the impact of financial metrics on business results Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict Ability to leverage research results into actionable marketing and business building initiatives Passion for creative thinking that leads to innovation Experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders Great written, verbal communication skills in English & Turkish Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
