Wood is currently recruiting for a Welding Engineer (Iraqi local nationals only) this position, and work pattern is 4 weeks ON X 4 weeks OFF, we can only consider applications from local Iraqi nationals residing in Basra and surrounding areas.
This is a highly strategic role within the department and the ideal candidate will be at Principal or Lead level in their career with extensive years of experience within the industry in a similar role.
Reporting to the QHSE Manager, leads welding quality by advising and guiding the project team on all aspects of welding, including procedures, materials, and inspections to minimize welding risks and ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project.
