Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Count cash and checks to ensure accuracy before and after transactions
- Verify customer identification and signature on checks and other financial documents
- Provide information about bank products and services to customers and make appropriate recommendations
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure security measures are in place
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall branch goals and objectives
