Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Compliance Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Compliance Manager, you will work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure the bank's adherence to regulatory requirements and promote a culture of ethical conduct and compliance throughout the organization.

As the Deputy Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance Manager in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance risk assessments, and providing guidance to the bank's employees on compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Compliance Manager in developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and assess changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring the bank's compliance programs are up to date.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Compliance Manager in conducting internal compliance audits and reviews.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, including complaints and violations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to compliance.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in compliance.
