Wood is currently recruiting for a Painting and Coating Inspector(Iraqi local nationals only) this position, and work pattern is 4 weeks ON X 4 weeks OFF, we can only consider applications from local Iraqi nationals residing in Basra and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Quality Control and Surveillance Supervisor, to ensure the highest standards of painting and coating quality application and compliance on construction projects, safeguarding the integrity and safety of painted pipelines, piping, and all applicable systems. PCI verifies that the painting and coating cycles have been correctly performed according to painting and coating specifications, and inspection test plan.
The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24”, ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability (dated 2008); flaring reduction by Q1/Q2 2026 and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities.
