Accountabilities & Key Roles:


Providing accurate, quick and high quality service that meet customers’

requirements and exceed their expectations.


Spotting any potential selling opportunity and refer it to concerned parties.


Execute all counter transactions in an efficient manner .


Handle customers requests/inquiries in a professional manner , and refer them to

concerned parties whenever needed .


Carry/handle efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and

relevant P&P.


Adhere to Branch Operating Model .


Carry out any task requested by BM.


Adherence to all Information Security policies and standards to protect the Bank’s

employees, assets, resources and data from illegal or damaging actions by

individuals, either knowingly or unknowingly.


Key Performance Indicators


Number of counter transaction mistakes and cash discrepancy.


Achievement of service quality targets.


Number of audit notes.


Number of customers complaints.


Number of Successful Referrals

Skills

Job Requirements:


Education: Minimum a Diploma Degree in business

administration or finance.


Experience: Fresh graduates are accepted subject to attending

a training on basics of banking.


Competencies:


Minimum level 2 in English according to AB classification.


Full awareness of bank’s products, services, rules and

regulations.


Excellent cross selling skills.


Excellent computer skills.


Ability to distinguish counterfeit money from genuine money.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
