Description



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer with proficiency in the Kurdistan region to join our team. the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:



- opportunities in Kurdistan regions.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Kurdistan community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the markets.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships with Kurdistan clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis in the regions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to Kurdistan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and projects.
- Uphold the company's values, ethics, and standards while representing the ZainCash in Kurdistan regions.

Requirements



Education and Trainings/ Experience



- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Kurdish (Sorani, Badeni), Arabic and english language (spoken and written) is essential for both .
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role within the fintech or e-wallet industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to electronic payment systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed to Kurdistan regions for business meetings and client engagements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
