The HR Assistant in the fashion industry plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the Human Resources department while embracing the unique aspects of the dynamic and creative fashion environment. This position requires a candidate with a passion for the fashion industry, excellent organizational skills, and a keen understanding of HR processes. The HR Assistant will contribute to creating an engaging and positive workplace for employees within the fashion sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks specific to the fashion industry, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of fashion-forward HR documents, ensuring alignment with the brand image.


Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process, including posting fashion-related job openings and screening applicants.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, incorporating elements of the fashion brand culture and style.


Employee Engagement:


  • Contribute to the organization and execution of fashion-centric employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in fostering a creative and collaborative workplace culture within the fashion industry.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
